Acupuncture Spa Setup

Personalized Support
for Your Whole Self

Acupuncture is a traditional therapeutic practice that uses very fine, sterile, single-use needles placed at specific points on the body. Treatments are personalized according to your concerns, health history, and response to care.

At Empty Cup Wellness, acupuncture supports our larger philosophy:

Empty what no longer serves. Choose what comes next.

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all protocol, Suzanne considers the patterns surrounding

your concerns and creates a treatment that reflects what your body needs now.

Initial Acupuncture Visit with Suzanne

$159 | For new acupuncture clients (approx. 90 min)

Your initial acupuncture visit allows Suzanne time to understand your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals for care. You will have an unhurried conversation about what you are experiencing, including any patterns, symptoms, or changes that may be affecting your overall well-being.

Suzanne will then complete an individualized assessment and provide your first acupuncture treatment based on what she learns. Your visit may also include recommendations to help support your care between appointments.

The extended appointment provides time for thoughtful evaluation, treatment, and questions so you can feel comfortable, informed, and heard as you begin your acupuncture care.

Follow-Up Acupuncture
Appointment with Suzanne

Acupuncture Procedure

$115 | For established acupuncture clients (approx. 60 min)

Follow-up appointments build upon the assessment and care plan established during your initial visit. Suzanne will begin by checking in about how you have been feeling, any changes you have noticed, and what currently needs attention.

Your acupuncture treatment will be personalized and adjusted based on your response to previous sessions, current concerns, and ongoing wellness goals. Time is also provided to discuss your progress, ask questions, and receive supportive recommendations for care between appointments.

A Personalized Recommendation

The number and frequency of appointments will vary. Some clients seek help with a short-term concern, while others choose periodic or ongoing care. Suzanne will explain her recommendations after learning about your needs.

Acupuncture is intended to complement appropriate medical care and is not a replacement for necessary evaluation or treatment from your medical provider.
