CLASSES & EVENTS
Learn. Experience. Connect. Grow.
Wellness doesn't only happen in a treatment room.
Sometimes it happens when you learn something that changes the way you think about your health.
Sometimes it's trying a new movement in a supportive environment.
Sometimes it's sitting around a table, asking questions, sharing ideas or discovering something you didn't know you needed.
At Empty Cup Wellness, our classes, workshops and community events are designed to make wellness approachable, practical and relevant to real life.
Come curious. Leave with something you can use.

Make Room to Learn, Explore & Reconnect
From a focused class to an immersive retreat, our experiences invite you to bring your curiosity, discover new perspectives, and find practical ideas that fit your life.
-
Classes — Explore a specific topic or experience with fresh eyes and take away something you can use.
-
Workshops — Spend a half-day or full day diving deeper into a theme through learning, practice, and hands-on experiences.
-
Retreats — Step away from your daily routine for several days of restoration, reflection, and connection.
There’s no required starting point or sequence.
Choose the experience that fits where you are—and what you need—right now.

Wellness You Can Actually Use
We believe education should help you understand your body and your choices — not overwhelm you with another list of things you “should” be doing.
Our classes are designed around a simple question:
What can you take from this and use in your life?
Depending on the class, you may learn, move, practice, create, taste, ask questions or simply listen.
Some events are educational.
Some are interactive.
Some are social.
And many are a little bit of everything.
You don't need to already know about wellness to join us.
Where you are is where we begin.

Rest, Restoration & Mind-Body Experiences

Not every wellness experience needs to involve learning or doing. Sometimes we need opportunities to simply slow down.
Throughout the year, Empty Cup Wellness may offer restorative experiences such as:
-
Sound healing
-
Guided relaxation
-
Community acupuncture
-
Breath and mindfulness experiences
-
Gentle restorative movement
-
Seasonal reset experiences
-
Small-group wellness gatherings
These events are intentionally designed to create a little more space in your day — and perhaps in your cup.
Creative & Community Experiences
Wellness includes more than exercise, nutrition and appointments.
Connection, creativity, curiosity and enjoyment matter too.
That's why you'll occasionally find events at Empty Cup Wellness that might not look like a traditional wellness class at all.
We may gather for:
-
Creative workshops
-
Guest speakers
-
Community conversations
-
Seasonal gatherings
-
Open houses
-
Special wellness events
-
Collaborative experiences with local practitioners and businesses
Sometimes doing something simply because you enjoy it is part of wellness too.

Healthy Weight & Lifestyle Circle

More Than a Weight-Loss Class
Our Healthy Weight & Lifestyle Circle is a multi-week experience for people who want to better understand food, habits, nutrition, movement and the everyday choices that influence long-term health.
Rather than focusing solely on a number on the scale, we explore the bigger picture.
You'll learn, experiment, ask questions and build realistic strategies you can carry into everyday life.
Want Something More Personalized?
A group class can be a wonderful place to learn.
But sometimes your questions require a conversation specifically about you.
Empty Cup Wellness also offers individualized support through:
Wellness Discovery & Personal Blueprint
A deeper look at where you are, what matters to you and what may deserve your attention next.
Your Move
Personalized movement, mobility and balance support based on where you're starting.
Wellness Coaching
Individual support for turning what you know into realistic action.

Who Can Attend?
Our classes and events aren't reserved for existing Empty Cup clients.
Everyone is welcome unless a particular event specifies otherwise.
You don't need to be experienced.
You don't need to be in perfect health.
You don't need to know anyone else attending.
And you certainly don't need to have wellness “figured out.”
Come by yourself.
Bring a friend.
Bring your spouse or partner.
Ask questions.
Try something new.
Start where you are.
