EMPTY CUP WELLNESS WORKSHOPS

Step Away for a Few Hours.

Make Room for What Comes Next.

Sometimes an hour-long class sparks an idea.

Sometimes you need a little more time.

Empty Cup Wellness Workshops are half-day and full-day experiences designed to give you space to step outside your normal routine and explore wellness more deeply.

Held at thoughtfully selected locations away from the Wellness Center, each workshop combines education, experience, reflection, movement and connection around a central theme.

No packed schedule.

No pressure to transform yourself in a day.

Just intentional time to learn, experience and reconnect with what matters to you.

Empty your cup for a few hours — and choose what you'd like to carry forward.

More Than a Class.
Smaller Than a Retreat.

Our workshops live somewhere between an Empty Cup class and our multi-day Renewal Retreat.

  • Classes - A focused introduction to a particular topic or experience.

  • Workshops - A half-day or full-day opportunity to explore, practice and experience a theme more deeply.

  • Retreats - A multi-day opportunity to step away, restore, reflect and reconnect.

You don't have to begin with one before attending another.

Choose the experience that fits where you are right now.

A Little Space Can
Make a Big Difference.

HALF-DAY WORKSHOPS

Our Half-Day Workshops offer approximately 3–4 hours away from the usual demands of the day.

Each workshop is centered around a particular wellness theme and may combine several different experiences rather than simply sitting and listening to a presentation.

Depending on the workshop, your experience may include:

  • Wellness education

  • Gentle movement or mobility

  • Guided reflection

  • Hands-on activities

  • Nutrition or food experiences

  • Sound or restorative practices

  • Small-group conversations

  • Creative activities

  • Time outdoors

  • Refreshments

  • Time to simply pause

  •

Half-day workshops are ideal when you want something deeper than a class without committing an entire day.

FULL-DAY WORKSHOPS

When was the last time you intentionally set aside an entire day for your own well-being?

Our Full-Day Empty Cup Workshops create enough time to slow the pace down.

Rather than rushing from one activity to another, we'll move through a thoughtfully designed day that may include education, movement, nourishment, restorative experiences, reflection, creativity and connection.

There will also be something many wellness events forget to include:

Space.

Space to talk.

Space to think.

Space to enjoy where you are.

And space to do absolutely nothing for a little while.

A typical full-day experience may include:

  • Welcome gathering

  • Morning wellness experience

  • Educational session

  • Movement, mobility or balance

  • Lunch or shared meal

  • Rest and personal time

  • Hands-on or creative experience

  • Restorative practice

  • Guided reflection

  • Closing experience

Each workshop will be different because each will be created around its own theme.

Beyond the Wellness Center

Our workshops are intentionally held at off-site locations throughout the region and beyond.

You may find us gathering at a peaceful resort, ranch, garden, retreat property, outdoor setting or another location selected specifically for the experience we're creating.

Why leave the Wellness Center?

Because sometimes changing your surroundings helps change your perspective.

You don't have to travel far to feel like you've stepped away.

Workshop Themes

No two Empty Cup Workshops need to look exactly alike. Throughout the year, experiences may explore themes such as:

Mountain View Reflection

Wellness Without the “Should”

Our workshops aren't designed to send you home with 25 things you now feel obligated to do.
Instead, we'll explore possibilities.

You may discover something that works beautifully for you.

Something else may not.

That's okay.

The goal isn't to leave thinking:

“I should do all of this.”

It's to leave knowing:

“This is what I'd like to take with me.”

Who Are Empty Cup Workshops For?

The Empty Cup Renewal Retreat™

matt-hardy-6ArTTluciuA-unsplash_edited_edited.jpg

Your Day Doesn't Have to Change Your Whole Life.

It just needs to give you enough space to hear what might come next.

Spend a few hours.

Give yourself the day.

Try something different.

Meet someone new.

Learn something useful.

Rest when you need to.

And leave with the parts that belong in your cup.
