Meet Your Movement Team

Your Move brings together two different forms of support: wellness strategy and hands-on mobility with Heidi, and active movement guidance with our Functional Movement Specialist. Each professional stays within their own role while helping you understand which type of support fits your goals.

Heidi Overman, LMT

Wellness Strategist and Licensed Massage Therapist

Heidi is the first person you meet in the Your Move pathway. During your complimentary conversation, she helps you clarify what you want movement to make possible, identify relevant concerns, and choose an appropriate starting point.

Heidi also provides fully clothed assisted stretching and hands-on mobility sessions within her massage therapy practice.

Her understanding of movement began early. Heidi danced for 16 years with a primary focus on ballet and participated in volleyball, basketball, and track. In track, she competed in the 100-meter, 200-meter, 400-meter, 4x100 relay, 4x200 relay, 4x400 relay, high jump, and triple jump. She also became deeply involved in weight training and held lifting records at her gym.

Even when she was not injured, Heidi frequently found herself in the athletic trainer’s room asking questions about the body, movement, and recovery. That curiosity became the foundation for her later work in massage therapy, wellness coaching, mobility, and functional aging.

Today, Heidi helps clients replace pressure and comparison with a more thoughtful question:
What would you like your body to help you do now?

Working Together Without Blurring Roles

Your Move does not diagnose medical conditions or replace care from a physician, physical therapist, occupational therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional. When your needs fall outside the program, we will encourage an appropriate referral.
