Spa Facial Massage

The right massage begins

with the right therapist.

Credentials matter, but so do communication, style, pressure, pace, and the way you feel with your provider.  Meet our therapists and choose the person whose approach best fits what you need now.

Heidi Overman, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist and Founder

Heidi brings together therapeutic massage, mobility awareness, assisted stretching, restorative care, and a strong commitment to listening before beginning.

Her background in ballet, track and field, volleyball, basketball, and strength training shaped an early curiosity about anatomy, movement, recovery, and how the body responds to different demands.

Heidi may be a good fit if you want:

  • Personalized therapeutic care

  • A provider who considers movement and everyday function

  • Manual assisted stretching when appropriate

  • A thoughtful combination of focused and restorative work

  • Clear communication and education

  • Support identifying when another professional may be needed

Kurt Farnes, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Kurt offers a flowing, Thai-influenced massage style with rhythmic movement and an emphasis on whole-body connection. He has also trained in sound-healing approaches and may incorporate therapeutic sound bowls on or around the body when appropriate and selected for the session.

Kurt has developed his own integrative therapeutic approaches, drawing from hands-on bodywork, movement, rhythm, grounding, and sound. His sessions are shaped by the person in front of him rather than one fixed routine. Sound-based practices are offered to support relaxation, body awareness, and the overall experience; they are not presented as medical diagnosis or treatment.

Kurt may be a good fit if you want:

  • A flowing, integrated massage

  • Thai-influenced movement and bodywork

  • Rhythmic, whole-body care

  • Sound-bowl experiences and sound-based relaxation

  • An individualized approach that combines several therapeutic influences

  • A session that feels restorative without relying on deep pressure
