The Six-Week
Your Move Program

A supported way to begin, return, or move differently.

The six-week Your Move program provides individual guidance for people who want more strength, better balance, improved mobility, or greater confidence with movement—but do not want to be dropped into a generic workout plan.

This is not about pushing through, keeping up, or trying to become who you used to be. It is about understanding your current starting point, learning movements that make sense for you, and building a plan you can realistically continue.

Program investment: $699

Before You Enroll

Every participant completes:

  1. A complimentary 30-minute Your Move Conversation with Heidi

  2. A required $75 Movement Assessment with the Functional Movement Specialist

The assessment is separate from the program price and is required before enrollment. It gives the specialist the information needed to determine whether the program is appropriate and how it should be personalized.

What Your Program Includes

One 45-Minute Start-Up Movement Session

Your first active session turns the information from your assessment into a practical starting plan. You and the Functional Movement Specialist begin working with movements selected for your goals, current ability, and comfort.

This session may include foundational strength, balance, mobility, body awareness, movement technique, and ways to make exercises more approachable.

Six 30-Minute Individual Movement Sessions

These private sessions give you consistent time to practice, ask questions, and make adjustments. Your specialist may help you work on:

  • Functional strength for everyday activities

  • Balance and steadiness

  • Mobility and comfortable range of motion

  • Coordination and body awareness

  • Exercise form and technique

  • Appropriate progressions or modifications

  • Confidence using movement at home

Each session builds from your own starting point rather than following a predetermined workout sequence.

One Personalized At-Home Movement Menu

You will receive a short, realistic menu of movements selected specifically for you. The goal is to give you something useful enough to support progress and manageable enough to use in real life.

Your Movement Menu may include options for shorter days, better days, and days when you need to modify. It is a resource, not a test or an all-or-nothing assignment.

One 30-Minute Concluding Review

At the end of the program, you and your specialist review what has changed, what still needs support, and what you feel ready to continue.

Together, you may choose to:

  • Continue independently with your Movement Menu

  • Schedule occasional progress sessions

  • Continue with individual movement coaching

  • Revise your home plan

  • Add assisted stretching or mobility care

  • Seek medical, rehabilitation, or specialty support when appropriate

What Makes Your Move Different?

  • You begin with your actual life and goals.

  • Sessions are private and personalized.

  • Balance, mobility, strength, and confidence are considered together.

  • Exercises are explained, practiced, and adjusted.

  • Your home plan is intentionally manageable.

  • Progress is not measured against another person.

  • The goal is useful movement—not exercise for the sake of exercise.

What Could Progress Look Like?

Progress may mean feeling steadier, understanding how to engage your muscles, becoming more comfortable with an exercise, getting up from a chair more easily, returning to a favorite activity, or simply feeling less uncertain about how to move.

Results vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. What matters is that the process begins with you and remains responsive to what you learn along the way.
