Questions help us create better care.

These answers explain what to book, what to expect, and how to choose a massage experience that fits your needs.

Choosing and Booking

Which massage should a first-time client book?

Choose the First-Time Client Wellness Fusion Massage. It includes additional consultation time, personalized massage, and one introductory enhancement.

If your appointment is connected to a motor-vehicle accident or legal claim, contact us before booking and begin with Accident-Recovery Services instead.

What if I do not know which therapist to choose?

Review the therapist profiles or contact us with your goals, pressure preferences, desired style, and scheduling needs. We will help you compare the available options.

Can I choose my massage therapist?

Yes, subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended when you prefer a specific provider or appointment time.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-in availability is not guaranteed. Massage services are best scheduled in advance.

During Your Session

Is the listed time all hands-on massage?

The listed time is a complete reserved session that includes the necessary check-in, collaborative planning, hands-on massage, and time to transition comfortably afterward.

Hands-on time may vary slightly according to the conversation and care required that day.

Do I have to undress completely?

No. Undress only to your comfort level. Professional draping is used throughout the massage, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.

You may also ask whether a clothed service or mobility session would better match your preferences.

Can I request changes during the massage?

Yes. You may request changes to pressure, positioning, temperature, music, conversation, technique, or areas of focus. You may decline any technique or end the session at any time.

Does deeper pressure produce better results?

Not necessarily. Effective pressure depends on your needs, comfort, health, and the therapist’s approach. More pressure is not always safer or more helpful.

Will massage hurt?

Some therapeutic work may create temporary intensity or tenderness, but massage should remain within your informed comfort. Tell your therapist immediately about sharp pain, numbness, dizziness, nausea, or anything that feels wrong.

Techniques and Enhancements

What techniques may be included?

Depending on the service and therapist, massage may include Swedish, focused therapeutic work, myofascial techniques, trigger-point work, stretching, cupping, infrared support, cryotherapy, salt stones, aromatherapy, Reiki, craniosacral techniques, or other approaches within the therapist’s training.

Not every therapist provides every technique.

Are therapeutic enhancements included?

Eligible therapeutic enhancements may be incorporated into Wellness Fusion Massage at no additional charge when appropriate, requested or agreed upon, available, and within the therapist’s training.

Restorative Ritual Enhancements are separately priced because they add appointment time, specialty products, or extended focused care.

Can I add a ritual to any massage?

Availability depends on the service, therapist, health considerations, and scheduling time. Select the enhancement when booking or contact us before your appointment.

Health and Safety

What health information should I share?

Tell your therapist about relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, blood-clot history, infections, skin concerns, implanted devices, changes in sensation, and any provider restrictions or recommendations.

Update your therapist when anything changes.

When should I postpone massage?

Contact us before attending if you have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, a contagious illness, a new unexplained symptom, a recent injury, or another concern that may affect safe treatment.

Does massage replace medical care or physical therapy?

No. Massage therapists do not diagnose medical conditions or provide physical therapy. Seek qualified medical care for new, severe, worsening, or unexplained symptoms and for conditions requiring diagnosis or rehabilitation.

Is massage safe during pregnancy?

Massage may be appropriate during pregnancy when adapted to the client’s stage, comfort, and health. Medical approval may be required for high-risk pregnancy, complications, or other relevant conditions.

Pricing Memberships and Policies

Do you offer memberships and packages?

Yes. Massage memberships include one monthly Wellness Fusion Massage, applicable enhancements, a monthly class credit, priority waitlist placement, and preferred pricing on eligible additional massages.

Prepaid packages are available for clients who want several massages without monthly autopay. Packages are non-refundable, but services can be transferred.

May I use a gift card?

Gift cards may be applied according to the current gift-card terms. A gift card does not exempt an appointment from cancellation or no-show policies.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the regular service price, and no-shows may be charged the full service price. Review the complete policy before booking.

Should I tip my massage therapist?

Gratuity is appreciated but never required. The best way to acknowledge excellent care is to return, refer someone who may be a good fit, or leave a thoughtful review.

Accident-Recovery Massage

Can I book a regular massage for an accident-related claim?

No. Contact us first. Accident-related care requires a separate intake, assessment, documentation, authorization, and payment process.

Do you communicate with attorneys or healthcare providers?

Relevant communication and records may be provided when appropriate and when the client signs the required written authorization.
