YOUR MOVE

Where you are is where we begin.

Personalized movement, balance, strength, and mobility support for people who are starting, returning, or finding a new way to move.

You do not have to be fit, flexible, coordinated, or confident before you begin. You do not need to return to the body or routine you had years ago. Your Move begins with the person you are today and the activities that matter in your actual life.

Maybe you want to:

  • Feel steadier when walking, turning, or changing direction

  • Get up from a chair with greater ease

  • Improve strength for everyday activities

  • Move with less stiffness or hesitation

  • Return to movement after illness, inactivity, or a life change

  • Feel more confident using exercise equipment

  • Review whether your current home routine still serves you

  • Keep doing the activities you enjoy as you age

Whatever brings you here, the first step is not proving what you can do. It helps us understand what you want movement to make possible.

Empty the Expectations

You may have been told that you should walk more, stretch more, improve your balance, lift weights, or get back into shape. Advice like that can create more pressure than direction—especially when you are unsure what is safe, realistic, or appropriate for your body now.

Your Move reflects the Empty Cup philosophy:

Empty what no longer serves. Choose what comes next.

Together, we set aside comparisons, old expectations, and all-or-nothing ideas about exercise. We look at where you are, what matters to you, and the kind of support that could help you take your next step.

How to Begin

Step 1:
Complimentary Your Move Conversation

30 minutes with Heidi, Wellness Strategist | Complimentary

This first-time discovery conversation gives you space to explain what you would like help with, what has made movement difficult, and what you hope to do with greater comfort or confidence.

Heidi will help determine whether Your Move is an appropriate fit and explain the available starting options. This is a conversation—not a workout, physical assessment, or sales presentation.

Step 2:
Required Movement Assessment

With the Functional Movement Specialist | $75

Before entering the six-week program, you will complete an individual assessment with the Functional Movement Specialist. The assessment establishes a practical starting point for your balance, mobility, strength, movement patterns, and goals.

The assessment is required and is not credited toward the program fee. It allows the program to be personalized instead of placing you into a standard exercise plan.

Step 3:
Choose Your Path

After the assessment, you may be ready for the complete six-week Your Move program, an individual service, a home-routine review, hands-on mobility support, or a referral to another professional.

Is Your Move Right for You?

Your Move may be a good fit if you:

  • Have been inactive and do not know how to restart

  • Want personal attention without a gym atmosphere

  • Want to work on strength and balance for daily life

  • Feel unsure or self-conscious about exercise

  • Have completed rehabilitation but want continued general movement support

  • Want exercises explained and adjusted to your current ability

  • Prefer a realistic home plan over a complicated routine

  • Want to age with greater confidence and independence

Your Move is a general wellness and fitness program. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical treatment, or replace physical therapy or rehabilitation. Medical guidance or clearance may be requested when appropriate.

You do not have to decide on the complete program today. Begin with a conversation about where you are and what you want movement to help you do.
