About the event
Why an Empty Cup Retreat?
A retreat is not an escape from your life. It is an opportunity to step outside familiar routines and see your life with greater clarity.
During our time together, you will be invited to honor what has shaped you, recognize what you are carrying now, and consider what you want to bring into your next chapter.
You will not be asked to reinvent yourself in a weekend. You will be supported in listening, reflecting, experiencing, and choosing with greater intention.
Celebrate Your Past
Recognize the experiences, relationships, lessons, strengths, and choices that have shaped your story. Your past is not something to discard; it is something to understand and honor.
